Bang Bang Threads stands behind the quality and style of our clothing with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We understand that shopping online can sometimes result in the need for returns, so we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return process within 30 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, and with all tags still attached.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for retail customer returns.

Bulk Orders: For orders from studios or theaters consisting of more than five items, please reach out to us before placing your order to understand our return policy specific to bulk orders.

Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Our fair return policy is designed for genuine orders. We categorize an order as not in good faith if it appears to be placed with no intention of retention. In such cases, options include 100% store credit or exchange, or a 30% restocking fee to cover logistical costs. 

Scenarios considered not in good faith include:

• Ordering multiple sizes of the same item for fitting.
• Purchasing various similar items in the same size for selection purposes.
• Orders exceeding $500 where the majority of items are returned.

Note: Attempting to circumvent this policy by placing multiple smaller orders will be recognized and treated accordingly.

Exchanges Made Easy

Our exchange policy mirrors our return policy in its customer-centric approach, valid for 30 days from receipt:

Exchange Conditions: Exchanges are accepted for items in their original, unused, and unaltered state, with tags attached.

Exchange Fees: We do not impose fees on exchanges.

Exchange Processing: Exchanges are processed and shipped within 48 hours after we receive the returned item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at bangbangthreads@gmail.com with your full name (as it appears on your order), order number, whether you're seeking a return or an exchange, and the reason or desired exchange item. We'll provide you with detailed instructions via email.

Step 2: Return Your Item

All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, and using the original hangers. Ship your return via ground shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS), and email us the tracking number.

Your return or exchange will be processed within 48 hours upon receipt. Please note, refunds will be issued minus any shipping fees, and we reserve the right to refuse returns based on the condition of the returned merchandise.
