Processing & Delivery Overview
Standard Shipments: Orders confirmed before 11 AM ET on weekdays are queued for dispatch within the next 1-2 working days. While our logistics partners work efficiently to ensure prompt delivery, typically within a week, the exact transit times for ground shipments are subject to variability. Please note, after your order is locked in, we're unable to process changes.
Priority Shipments: For urgent deliveries, orders flagged for expedited shipping and placed before the 11 AM ET cutoff are prioritized for same-day dispatch, though this is subject to operational capacity and not guaranteed. Peak periods may introduce a delay of 1-2 days in dispatch times. Expedited deliveries operate on business days (Monday-Friday) only, with the understanding that courier transit time guarantees for AIR shipments are not provided.
Operational Days
We operate dispatches Monday through Friday. Orders received over the weekend embark on their journey the subsequent Monday or the next business day. It's important to note that once the shipping process is completed, the incurred shipping fees are not subject to refund.
Receipt of Goods
Responsibility for the receipt of shipments, including arrangements for pickup or reception at the designated delivery address, falls to the customer.
Amendments & Cancellations
Given our commitment to swift shipping, we're unable to alter or cancel orders post-submission. This ensures we maintain our efficiency and get your items to you as swiftly as possible. While changes post-order are not feasible, our returns policy is in place should you need it post-receipt.

Estimated Arrival Times
We endeavor to get your order to you promptly, but please be aware that shipping times can fluctuate due to external factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.
Continental U.S. orders are generally delivered within a week for orders placed early in the day.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada are expected within 7 business days for early orders.
Orders to APO/AE/FPO addresses are projected at 7-10 business days and shipped exclusively via USPS.
Enhanced Shipping Options
For those in the continental U.S. looking for quicker delivery, we offer premium shipping options like UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2 Day Air at an additional cost. Please note, overnight shipping is not currently available.
Deliveries destined for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, APO/AE/FPO, or PO boxes can select from UPS Ground or USPS Priority, ensuring flexibility and convenience.
Order Tracking
You'll be kept in the loop with email notifications containing tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Considering our network of warehouses across the U.S., your order may arrive in separate parcels on different days. For each segment of your order, expect a detailed email from us, alongside the courier’s tracking information, ensuring you're informed every step of the way.
